what a day!

the morning started off very rough with vent training because she was coughing a lot and had copious amounts of secretions needing suctioning. she began to get extremely restless and anxious, so the nurse let her rest on the vent after this rough start!! about 2:30 the vent mode was switched back to cpap and continued on until about 10:00, she did awesome this round. she is very strong and wants to get this tube out and get out of bed, so we know she is not giving up, we are just getting started.

Shelia, I am sorry I haven't come to see you like I did when you were here in Durant, but you are where you need to be for your health and the experienced care. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you at least 5-6 times.I have been checking this site and talking to Tiffany. You have so many people praying for you including me and Bob and his mom's pray chain. You are strong and I know you can do this. Some days will be harder than others but you are a fighter and can win this battle.Remember God loves you and you are his child so he wants you to get better just like any of us would want our child to get better.I promised I would cook for you so you better hurry up so we can sit down eat and have some fun.I have lots of new recipies. See you soon. Love you Suzanne

One breathe at a time, one step at a time, brings you closer to your goal. I'm waiting at the finish line to see your sweet smile and hear you laugh. Matt says Hi and he misses you so much as I do. When you feel the gentle wind upon your face its the KISSES we blow your way. When you feel the warmth of the sun light around yourself its the HUGS of our embrace. And when you see the light shine upon your soul it's The Lord's Grace!
We love you your angel is watching over you. Love Tami & Matt Lieu
